Indian Gooseberry Pickle

Indian gooseberry is such a great immunity booster. This pickle recipe is simple with just 2 ingredients and you can have your daily dose of immunity with your meal.



  1. In a pan heat the water with salt and turmeric.
  2. Add the gooseberry and let it simmer till tender.
  3. Drain excess water and refrigerate in a jar.
