cheese cake is almost everyone’s favourites and of course mine too.
The pineapple and strawberry cheese cake is like a double whammy that is two flavours in one.
you can choose your own flavours , however I love pineapple and starwberry.
So lets try this simple but delicious recipe which is bound to impress everyone who eats this divine cake.
40 gm pineapple jelly
40 gm strawberry jelly
300 +300 ml water
400+400 gm plain cream cheese
In a bowl mix pineapple jelly crystals in 300 ml water and them blend 400 gm cream cheese in it
Pour in well greased Bundt cake tin and pour the mixture .freeze for 30 minutes
Repeat the same with strawberry jelly and pour over the frozen dessert and freeze again for 30 minutes
Remove from the freezer and invert on a service platter and serve chilled
