Paneer Tikka Masala Motimahal Style



  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients and then mix the paneer pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
  2. Grill on skewers in a tandoor for 3-4 minutes
  3. Remove baste and grill again for 3-4 minutes
  4. For masala: In a pan add butter and then cloves
  5. Stir add tomato puree, capsicum, tomato ketchup and stir for 3 -4 minutes
  6. Add all the spices and stir for 2-3 minutes
  7. Add paneer and gently stir for few minutes
  8. Serve hot garnished with parsley
