- 200 gm Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 Capsicum cut in cubes
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Cheese powder
- 4 slices Wholewheat brown bread
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the bread.
- Spread the mix on the bread slices.
- Pre-heat the oven at 200 deg.
- Place the bread in the oven.
- Grill the bread till the bread is golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
