It’s so essential to get your nutrients at the start of the day to aid you to perform better, so I feel smoothies are the smartest and yummiest way to incorporate all of those nutrients in your diet.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Add ice and blend again.
  3. Incase you want to sweeten, add stevia or honey.
  4. Serve Chilled.
