1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Sprinkle the lady finger with gram flour
  3. Fry in hot oil till crispy
  4. In a bowl whick the curd with spices
  5. Pour in the serving dish and put 2 tbsp crispy lady finger on top as garnish just before serving
