Lemon Curd Short Bread


Warm and rich pudding



  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Grease spring baking tin 8″
  3. Add the dough and press gently with palms and bake in pre-heated oven at 170 deg for 20 till pale brown
  4. Whisk eggs for curd.
  5. Mix in all ingredients and mix well, in a low heat bring mixture to a boil and remove quickly.
  6. Pour lemon curd on shortbread and bake for 10 mins.
  7. Remove and bring to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
