No Monday Blues
In my dairy there are no Monday blues as I love my schedules, regimented disciplined life style = early to bed and early to rise .
morning starts with 2 glasses of water , followed by Surya Namaskar and a gym work out schedules 6 days a week
Meditation at my home temple and hawan on Thursdays and Sundays as a ritual
I observe intermittent fasting for 16 hours thrice a week and 12 hours fasting 4 times a week with vegetarian diet
Daily consumption of immunity booster shots of raw turmeric , aloe Vera , honey , black pepper and gooseberry and balanced protein and cabs diet
