Orange layered pudding

3 layer orange pudding by Monish Gujral

A very delicious and simple no bake pudding .Summers are here and one feels like eating chilled and cool tangy desserts

So here is one recipe just for you .

Iingredients

1 litre milk

1.4 cup sugar

2 tbsp corn flour

12 digestive bisbuits

1/4 cup melted butter

1 packet Orange jelly

1 cup Water

Method

Powder the digestive biscuits in a blender and mix butter and press as a base of the spring cake tin and freeze for 20 minutes

In a Pan boil milk and lower the heat

Add sugar and corn flour

Simmer and stir till its thick

Remove the deriving dish from freezer and add the milk mixture

Allow to cool for 30 minutes in a freezer

In a glass mix the jelly with some tap water and dissolve

In a separate bowl add warm water and mix the dissolved jelly and mix well

Pour over the prepared service dish and freeze till the jelly is set

remove the dessert form the spring tin and serve chilled
