Gluten free samosa

I have always loved samosas – crispy &  flaky filled with mouth watering spicy potatoes and peas , which you enjoy sizzling hot dipped in mint chutney and hot masala tea . Samosa is  the most popular Indian snack.   No Indian Restaurant`s menu is complete without samosa as a starter.

With new diet fads and health conscious  people , the snack was loosing popularity .Some discarding it as deep fried and some want gluten free.  Here  is a super easy recipe .Its easy  and healthy and now we  can indulge guilt free . We can choose various fillings per your palate like minced mutton and peas, feta and spinach, soya and peas , cottage cheese, tandoori chicken mince etc
