It’s so essential to get your nutrients at the start of the day to aid you to perform better, so I feel smoothies are the smartest and yummiest way to incorporate all of those nutrients in your diet.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Plain white oats
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Strawberries chopped
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 1 scoop Protein whey
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Add ice and blend again.
- Incase you want to sweeten, add stevia or honey.
- Serve Chilled.
