Coconut Flan Recipe

    1. Beat egg and sugar in a blender.
    2. Add all the ingredients and blend well till a smooth batter is made.
    3. Pour in a greased baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
    4. Remove and serve warm with ice-cream.
