- 2 cups Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- Beat egg and sugar in a blender.
- Add all the ingredients and blend well till a smooth batter is made.
- Pour in a greased baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove and serve warm with ice-cream.
