Kebab Trail Lamb Chops



  1. Wash and pat dry the chops. Combine the ingredients of the 1st marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. For chops- Put the lamb chops in a pressure cooker with all ingredients for boiling 1 cup of water and mix well Close the cooker and put on high heat till the cooker whistles .Wait till the temperature come to room temperature
  3. Open the cooker and remove the chops place in the strainer to drain thoroughly Heat oil in a frying pan and add chops and fry on
  4. Drain on kitchen paper Serve with hot chutney
