Spinach Sesame Salad Recipe

    1. Dip the spinach in hot water.
    2. Remove every leaf slowly and roll it.
    3. Roast sesame seeds in a pan.
    4. Sprinkle the sesame on top of the spinach.
    5. Mix seasoning, balsamic, black pepper and honey in a bowl.
    6. Drizzle it over the salad and serve immediately.

      First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris.
