Smoked Bathua Raita Recipe Recipe

    1. Whisk the curd and mix the spices.
    2. Add the bathua to it.
    3. In a bowl smoke the coal and add a spoon of ghee to it.
    4. Place the bowl on the raita and cover it with a lid.
    5. Remove the cover and serve the raita chilled.
