Poached Egg with Avocado Recipe

    1. Toast the bread.
    2. Peel the avocado, chop the pulp and place it on toasted bread.
    3. Fill half of a microwavable bowl with water.
    4. Break one egg and microwave for 3mins. for poached egg. Repeat the same process for the 2nd egg.
    5. Place poached eggs on toast and sprinkle adequate seasoning.
    6. Serve with a side of potato wedges.
