    Heal and awaken your body with this delicious oatmeal smoothie!

    Ingredients

    1. Soak the oats in water for 10mins.
    2. Drain the water and add in a blender along with the yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
    3. Pour in a jar and add the blueberry preserve and chopped fruits.
    4. Serve chilled.
