Warm and rich pudding
Ingredients
- 12 PCs Sweet fruit bread
- 1 Whole egg beaten
- 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 One inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Tbsp Cognac
- 1 Tbsp Raisins
- 2 Tbsp Alternatively fresh blueberry or frozen blueberries
- 3 Tbsp dry candied fruits soaked in rum for topping
- 2 Glassed Full cream milk
- 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a bowl mix egg with milk and blend well
- Add all ingredient other than bread , walnuts in the milk mixture
- Set bread in a baking bowl
Pour in milk and egg mixture
- Sprinkle evenly chopped walnuts on the top
- Set the oven to 180 degree centigrade
- Bake the pudding for 30 minutes till its golden brown on the top
- Serve with vanilla custard
