A light hearted spirited dessert
Ingredients
- 500 Gm Chopped strawberries
- 1.5 Tbsp Corn flour
- 4 Tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cointreau liqueur
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 Tsp Butter
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade
Prepare a baking dish
- Wash and dry the strawberries
But in small pieces
Place them in the prepared dish
- Add Cointreau liturgy, sugar and corn flour.rub well
- Prepare the crumble by mixing the oats , butter , cinnamon and sugar
Gently sprinkle over the prepared straeberries
- Bake for 25 minutes
Serve with vanilla ICECREAM with a dash of Cointreau liquer
