Vegetable saute with peanut and soya sauce Recipe

- 1/2 cup Garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup Onion (sliced)
- 1 cup Carrot (cut in rounds)
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Snow peas
- 1/4 cup Tofu (cut in cubes)
- 1/4 cup Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- In a wok heat oil, add peanut butter
- Add onion and garlic
- Saute till light pink
- Add other vegteables saute for 3 minutes
- Now add soya and vinegar, rest of seasoning and stir for about four minutes
- Eat hot with steamed rice
