Vegetable Fritter Kaffir Lime Salad Recipe

    1. In a deep dish put all the vegetables, oil and mix in all the spices plus corn starch powder. Add about 1/2 cup water and mix well till all the vegetables are evenly coated.
    2. Meanwhile pre-heat the air fryer for about 5 minutes at maximum temperature. Remove the base of the air fryer and place all the vegetables in the air fryer pan. Air fry them for about 5 minutes. Open the lid and turn the vegetables by the wooden spatula.
    3. Fry again for about 5 minutes and remove in a serving dish. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and pour on the fritter and mix well. Serve hot
