It was a great experience to cook and feed the great chef Vineet Bhatia today at my restaurant for an episode on top restaurants of india for Fox channel . It is always good to exchange notes and experiences with fellow chefs and restuarateurs operating a global chain of successful restuarants.Vineet Bhatia operates nearly a dozen restuarants in London, Mumbai,Moscow.Dubai and Mauritius . On my last visit to London, I did try his flag ship restuarant Rasoi in Chelsea .Was indeed a great experience….
Tomorrow another shoot when we experience ,his culinary skills ,when he cooks Motimahals butter chicken with a twist and feed us .Look forward to the treat ….
