The Yoga of Cooking
When we practice daily tasks like cooking while doing mantra, chanting, or focusing on the breath, then the whole task changes into a devine task . It becomes yoga. It is taking yoga into our daily lives, in whatever,tasks we do to improve our health. For me Cookingis like meditation , a form of Yog.When I am cooking I concentrate on my breathing and my mind is free from all the worldy worries and tensions .Its one with nature at that time and full of positivity.
