The Blue broccoli Recipe

- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Blue cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Garlic chopped
- Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Rice, steamed
Instructions
- Heat milk in a pan
- Add flour and seasoning once it starts boiling
- Add cheese and stir till it dissolves and the mixture thickens
- Add brandy
While stirring, add broccoli and cook till it is tender
- Garnish with chopped parsley and deep-fried chopped garlic.
- For plating.
In a serving dish, invert the steamed cup of rice forming a neat mound.
- Pour the broccoli on one side of the rice mound and garnish.
Serve hot
