    1. For the strawberry puree: Add the strawberries, mint leaves sugar in a food processor and bled it into a smooth puree. Put the mixture in the freezer and allow to chill.
    2. For the srikhand: In a bowl, add the hung curd, cardamom, sugar, vanilla extract and mix till smooth. Put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
    3. Take short glasses, add a layer of cookie crumble, then srikhand, then a layer of strawberry puree. Add as many layers as you like and top it off with a mint leaf. Serve chilled.
