    Instructions

    1. Parboil soya chops.
    2. Mix all the ingredients and marinate.
    3. Set aside for thirty minutes.
    4. Preheat the oven for 350 deg centigrade.
    5. Place on the grill plate, brushing with olive oil after every 5 minutes and turn sides.
    6. Remove and serve hot with coriander chutney.
