- 500 gm Soya Chaap
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Red Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Cumin (jeera) powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Parboil soya chops.
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate.
- Set aside for thirty minutes.
- Preheat the oven for 350 deg centigrade.
- Place on the grill plate, brushing with olive oil after every 5 minutes and turn sides.
- Remove and serve hot with coriander chutney.
