    Fresh dessert topped with delicious fruits and cream....simply yum!



    1. Blend strawberries to a soft pulp in a blender
    2. Remove from the blender and pour into a mixing bowl and add the cream. Whisk till cream turns pink.
    3. Now add sugar and whisk
    4. Stir in chopped mixed fruits
    5. Set in small cocktail glasses Top with a large dollop of pre-set jelly and garnish with a lady finger biscuit
    6. Serve chilled
