Rocket Strawberry Coulis Salad with Pinenuts and Noughats Recipe

    1. In a blender puree one cup Strawberries and add mustard powder, white pepper powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
    2. In a serving dish, arrange the rocket leaves and sprinkle the nuts and nougats.
    3. Neatly arrange half strawberries and drizzle strawberry coulis over the salad.
    4. Serve chilled.
