Rocket, Strawberry and Feta Salad

    1. Wash and pat dry the rocket leaves
    2. Place in a serving bowl
    3. Mix in the seasoning in a cup and add sugar and mix well
    4. Pour on the leaves gently mix them
    5. Garnish with pine nut
    6. Serve chilled

      First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris.
