Rocket Mango Salsa Salad Recipe

    1. Wash and pat dry rocket leaves
    2. In a bowl put all the remaining ingredients other than walnuts and blend well
    3. Pour the prepared mango salsa on the rocket leaves
    4. Garnish with walnuts and serve chilled
