Instructions

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Apply butter and seasoning on one side of each slice
  3. Place in the rocket and then add tomatoes cut in slices
  4. Place olives and jalapenos in between
  5. Crumble feta over them
  6. Place one toasted slice on the prepared toast to cover it
  7. Pierce a toothpick and enjoy with hot salsa sauce
