RICE PHIRNI with BANANA PUREE

  1. Powder the rice in the processor
  2. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan Add rice and stir Add sugar and raisins
  3. Stir in saffron dissolved in 2 tbsp warm milk
  4. Keep string continuously till the mixture thickens Pour in a bowl, garnish with almonds
  5. Refrigerate to serve chilled

    When to add banana puree ?

      You can add Banana Puree after completing Step 2.
