Pomelo Kaffir Lime Salad Recipe

    1. In a bowl mix Pomelo, watercress, peanuts and carrots.
    2. In a blender mix the kaffir lime leaves and seasoning and lemon juice and blend well.
    3. Pour the dressing on the salad and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
