    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Grind the pistachio.
    2. Heat khoya in a pan.
    3. When it melts add pistachio powder, color and essence and mix.
    4. Remove from fire, cool a little and add the sugar.
    5. Spread the mixture in a half inch thick tray.
    6. When it becomes firm, cut into diamond shaped pieces and serve.
