    1. Hull the strawberries and place them in a bowl.
    2. Toss in the salt and set aside for 10mins.
    3. Add the red wine vinegar and honey and set aside for another 5-6mins.
    4. Refrigerate for an hour and serve with ricotta cheese on crackers.
