    Spicy and tangy, paneer khurchan with pav is the such a timeless combination!

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
    2. Cut cheese into cubes.
    3. Put cheese into the pan and stir fry till golden.
    4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan.
    5. Add tomato puree to it and cook till it thickens and sides leave oil.
    6. Add capsicum and seasoning to it.
    7. Put cheese into tomato paste and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
    8. Remove from pan and pour in a serving dish.
    9. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with pav.
