Orange Yogurt Cake Recipe

    1. Put whole pierced orange in an microwave proof pan with water and microwave till tender.
    2. Blend the orange in a blender and add it to the batter.
    3. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and fold the eggs in.
    4. Pour the batter in a greased baking tin.
    5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree for 35 mins.
    6. Remove from the baking tin and serve.
