  • Yield: 15-20 pieces
  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Cook: 15 mins

  1. Chop and mix the mint, coriander, chilli & the spring onions,to this add the mince meat, egg and bread crumbs.
  2. Add the marinade to this mixture. Mix gently with hands.
  3. Form the mix into a sausage like shape.
  4. Chill the Kebabs before frying.(for me, chilling helps to retain the shape while cooking).and fry until throughly cooked You could also grill them.
  5. For frying: Heat oil in a pan, enough oil to cover the pan. Serve with Thai chilli sauce or sauce of your choice
  6. For grilling Put kebabs on a grill and cook evenly on all side, keep basting them with sesame oil.

      Hi Samar,
You can prepare the Kebab and freeze them one day before.
Any refined oil can be substituted for sesame oil.
