Mango Mousse Recipe Recipe

    1. Peel and chop the mangoes.
    2. Blend with the lemon juice and icing sugar.
    3. Pour the mixture into a glass.
    4. Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water and add to the mango aand mix. Add the chopped mint leaves to tha mixture.
    5. Fold in the whipping cream slowly mixing well.
    6. Chill until set.

    First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris.
