    1. Slice the cake evenly into 3 parts.
    2. Evenly spread mango purée on the 1st layer. Then spread 1/3rd of the ice-cream and spread cubed mangoes.
    3. Repeat the process for the 2nd layer and the top.
    4. Garnish with caramelised almonds. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
