    1. In a pan, heat ghee Add onions and saute till pale pink
    2. Add all the spices and condiments Stir for 1-2 minutes
    3. Add in fried kathal and stir for 2-3 minutes Add in rice with 2 cups of water
    4. Cover and cook on low heat till all the water dries up Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander and mint raita
