    1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
    2. Make small balls.
    3. Spread into a patty shape with moist palms.
    4. Deep fry in oil till golden.
    5. Remove with a slotted spoon.
    6. Cut each into four pieces and fry them again.
    7. Frey till brown and serve with mint chutney.
