Honey & Cinnamon Eggless Cake Recipe Recipe

    1. Pre heat the oven to 180 deg C.
    2. Mix all the wet ingredients, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and mix together.
    3. Add flour and mix well. Add orange zest (orange skin part, grated) and mix.
    4. Grease a baking tray and transfer mixture into it. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    5. To make the frosting, whip the cream cheese, honey and sugar with an electric mixer until well combined and creamy. Scoop the frosting in a piping bag with a large round tip attached and decorate the cake.
