    Let me share a simple recipe to make your own healthy peanut butter. You can add them to fruits or oats etc to make an interesting snack.

    Ingredients

    1. Mix the peanuts with the peanut oil, in a food processor
    2. Blend until the mixture until it's very smooth.
    3. Store your smooth peanut butter in a sealed container in the fridge. It will be good for 2 weeks.
    4. Alternatively,to make it crunchy use only 11/2 cup and coarsely crush 1/2 cup and ,later mix in the peanut butter
