    1. Wash and soak the lentils for 4-5hrs. Blend them.
    2. Add salt, onions, coriander and semolina, yogurt and water and mix to form a batter.
    3. Heat a pan and spray some oil.
    4. spoon 1-2 tbsp batter and swirl it on the pan to form pancakes, cook on medium heat to get a crisp pancake.
    5. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
