Fried Maggie

This is a quick and easy snack you can make any time of the day.



  1. Add oil to the frying pan. Once the oil is a little heated, add chopped onions to the pan.
  2. Crush the maggi noodles, add these to the pan once the onions are golden brown. Fry the noodles till they start changin colour.
  3. Add the tomatoes(optional), maggie seasoning and water. Make sure you add little water to start with, so that the noodles reamin crisp, once the whole thing comes to a boil, add the chopped corriander. Add a little extra water depending on the consistancy preferred.
  4. Fry an egg and add salt and pepper (the egg toppin is optional). Serve hot in a bowl with egg as topping.
