Instructions

  1. in a deep pan heat olive oil
  2. add green onions , mushroom and peas sauté for 3 minutes
  3. add farro ,,paprika , thyme and salt .sauté for 4-5 minutes
  4. add boiling vegetable broth to farro bring everything to boil and thenm cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes cover and cook till all water is absorbed
  5. remove from heat sprinkle parmesan and garnish with chopped olives
