Edamame and Broccoli Asian Bowl Recipe

    1. In a ban boil the broccoli and edamame.
    2. In a separate pan heat the oil and add the garlic and spring onions and saute.
    3. Add the brown rice and boiled vegetables.
    4. Mix the seasoning and stir fry for a min.
    5. Mix in the soy and vinegar and serve hot.
